Generally, text-based materials may be downloaded and shared for non-commercial purposes, such as further education, as long as proper attribution to the author is provided. However, all other rights remain with COMPASS Training Center Incorporation, and any commercial use or sale of the materials is prohibited.
Course film clips may only be used within the context of the course due to license and copyright agreements. Any other use, including presentations for further education, is not permitted, and downloading of course film clips is prohibited.
Security Measures
We prioritize the security of your data on our online course platform. We employ industry-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all areas where personal data is processed. Our IT systems are safeguarded against data loss and misuse.
Access to the platform is restricted to registered users, and communication with the learning management system occurs via encrypted and authenticated connections during registration. General Privacy Policy Statements
1. COMPASS adheres to the general principles of transparency, legitimate purpose and proportionality in the collection, processing, securing, retention and disposal of personal information.
2. The trainees, employees or third parties whose personal information is being collected shall be considered as data subjects for purposes of these policies.
3. Data subjects shall be informed the reason or purpose of collecting and processing of personal data.
4. The data subjects shall have the right to correct the information especially in cases of erroneous or outdated data, and to object to collection of personal information within the bounds allowed by privacy and education laws.
5. The data subject has the right to file a complaint in case of breach or unauthorized access of his personal information.
6. COMPASS shall secure the personal information of trainees, employees and third parties from whom personal information is collected and shall take adequate measures to secure both physical and digital copies of the information.
7. COMPASS shall ensure that personal information is collected and processed only by authorized personnel for legitimate purposes of the company.
8. Any information that is declared obsolete on the internal privacy and retention procedures of the company shall be disposed of in a secure and legal manner.
9. Any suspected or actual breach of the COMPASS Data Privacy Policy must be reported to any member of the Data Privacy Response Team in accordance with the procedure provided in Article IX (iii) of this Manual.
10. Data subjects may inquire or request for information from the Data Privacy Response Team, regarding any matter relating to the processing of their personal data under the custody of COMPASS, including the data privacy and security policies implemented to ensure the protection of their personal data pursuant to Article IX (i) of this Manual.

Learners must acquaint themselves with and adhere to the platform’s Terms of Use, as well as any applicable codes of conduct, academic policies, honor codes, or institutional regulations associated with the programs in which they are enrolled.
Any instances of misconduct during the training period can diminish the quality of our services and undermine the genuine efforts of fellow learners. Those found engaging in misconduct will face consequences as outlined below.
Learning misconduct encompasses any actions that undermine the learning process provided by the course, including violations of course policies, instructor guidelines, or activity completion criteria. The following standards elucidate common forms of learning misconduct, though they are not exhaustive. Other behaviors may also constitute misconduct within a specific course or across the platform.
I. Violations
a. Plagiarism: Copying or reproducing words, ideas, or materials from another source without proper attribution. This includes allowing others to alter or revise your work and submitting it as your own.
b. Use of Unauthorized Materials: Consulting or utilizing unauthorized materials, electronic resources, or AI tools, unless explicitly permitted.
c. Unauthorized Collaboration: Working with others on activities without permission.
d. Contract Cheating: Paying or enlisting others to produce work for course submission.
e. Impersonation: Completing activities under another user's identity or having someone else complete activities under your identity.
f. Unauthorized Sharing of Resources: Sharing homework, quiz answers, or other assessment solutions with others, unless explicitly allowed.
g. Fraud: Misrepresenting authorship or the circumstances of activity completion, or falsifying evidence.
h. Other: Engaging in any activity that unfairly advantages oneself or others, or attempts to manipulate results.
Consequences for Violations COMPASS Training Center Inc. will impose sanctions based on the nature and severity of the misconduct, the significance of the assessment, and the user's history of prior misconduct.
No refunds will be provided for corrective actions resulting from violations. Determinations of Honor Code violations are at the discretion of COMPASS Training Center Inc. Users will be notified of any violations and the corresponding actions to be taken.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellation and/or rescheduling are not permitted once you have logged into the MyCOMPASS Learning Management System (LMS) or if the training has already started. In this case, refunds are not available. Cancellation/Rescheduling is permitted only if you haven’t accessed the MyCOMPASS LMS yet.
